Bapora - The best village

Bapora is located in the Bhiwani district of Haryana state in India. Ghanghas clan Chauhan ruler Jatu's son was Harpal and Harpal's son was Mahipal. Mahipal laid foundation of Bapora village.

History of Bapora

In the Shekhawati part of the princely state of Jaipur, there were two villages named Gugaur and Bagaur. Jayaparatnami Chauhan was leader of these villages. Jayaparatnami had 4 sons 1. Jatu, 2. Satrol, 3. Raghu, and 4. Jaravata. Jatu was married to the daughter of Saroha Gotri Thakur of Sirsa Nagar. Jattu had two sons, Pad and Harpal. The Pad established Rajli village which now falls in Hisar district. Rajali is a village of Jats. Harpal laid foundation of Gurana village, which is near Rajali. This village also belongs to the Jats.

Harpal had 5 sons - 1. Rana, 2. Abbha, 3. Mahipal, 4. Lakha, 5 Beelan. Mahipal's children had 4 villages - 1. Bapora, 2. Siwara, 3. Kairu, and 4. Bajina. Later on Mahipal's progeny led 30 villages. These days they called the villages of Amran. Many of these villages are in Hisar district.
